This website and its services are operated by Richmond Fundraising LLC, doing business as Rachelle Snyder ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using this website or any of our services or products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Our Services
We offer fundraising strategy and education for founders, including:
Strategy sessions: single 60-minute sessions booked through this website.
1:1 coaching: ongoing engagements, governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Digital products: including the Fundraising Playbook.
The course: offered in partnership with Richmond Fundraising and subject to any additional terms shown at purchase.
3. Not Legal, Financial or Investment Advice
Our services are educational and strategic. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Please consult qualified professionals before signing term sheets or making legal or financial decisions.
We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. We do not raise capital on your behalf, solicit investors for you, negotiate investment terms for you, or receive any fee or compensation tied to capital you raise.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Fundraising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your company, market conditions and investor decisions. We do not guarantee that you will secure meetings, investment, a particular valuation or any other result. You are responsible for your own decisions and for how you use what you learn from us.
5. Strategy Sessions: Scheduling and Cancellations
Sessions are paid at the time of booking. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are not refundable. If we need to reschedule, we will offer a new time or a full refund.
6. Purchases and Refunds
Digital products, including the Fundraising Playbook, are delivered immediately, so all sales are final once delivered. If you have a technical problem or believe you were charged in error, contact us at rachelle@richmondfundraising.com and we will make it right.
7. Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share with us in sessions and coaching, such as decks, financials and investor lists, as confidential. We will not share it with anyone without your permission, except as required by law.
8. Use of This Website and Content
You agree to use this website and our products only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, resell or share our content or products without written permission. Purchases are licensed for your own use, not your team's or anyone else's.
Use our content to harm or exploit others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
